AIMS Members are invited to a free webinar - A Basic Overview of Composites in the Boatbuilding Industry.  This webinar is part 1 of a 2 part series presented by AIMS member Mark McIlwain. 

Prior to becoming a marine surveyor, Mark worked as a shipwright and boat builder for over 20 years and gained extensive experience of composites from his work both Internationally and within Australia.  Mark also worked many years as a Technical Advisor providing guidance to Australia's largest boatbuilders on material selection and processes and was responsible for introducing Resin Infusion technology into the Australian Market.  Currently Mark is the managing director of several marine survey businesses spanning both the recreational and shipping industry.
